About the Cabinet
One of the biggest advantages of this piece is its versatility. It can be used as a compact sideboard for everyday living or dining room storage, or as a dedicated Hi-Fi cabinet for audio equipment.
Behind the locking glazed door is a fully adjustable shelf, which can be positioned freely up and down the available space rather than being restricted to just a few preset positions. This makes it particularly useful for accommodating different-sized Hi-Fi components, media equipment or items you want to display.
The drawer above provides additional storage for smaller accessories, cables, remotes and other household essentials.
The solid oak was deliberately distressed during manufacture with aged features such as simulated woodworm, scratches, marks and dents, giving it the character of much older furniture. Comparable new solid oak furniture built to this sort of standard can be very expensive today.
Professionally Restored by Us
Like all of our restored furniture, using our 40+ years’ experience in restoration this HI-FI cabinet has been professionally restored by us to bring it back to a condition we’re proud to sell.
This particular HI-FI cabinet only required selective areas of the old finish to be carefully removed. We then expertly blended and balanced the colour throughout, retaining as much of the original finish and character as possible while achieving a beautifully even appearance.

The HI-FI cabinet is constructed as one complete piece and requires no assembly, so it will arrive ready to be placed straight into position in your home.
