About the Console Table
The large drawer runs across the width of the table, providing useful concealed storage for keys, post, chargers, paperwork and other everyday essentials.
Underneath is a low open shelf, which provides additional room for larger items, baskets, shoes, books or decorative pieces without making the console feel bulky or enclosed.
Its relatively shallow 32cm depth makes this particularly useful in a hallway or smaller space where a deeper console table could get in the way.
Most importantly, this is solid oak furniture, giving it the substantial quality and natural character associated with proper timber construction. Comparable new solid oak furniture of this quality can be very expensive today.
Professionally Restored by Us
Like all of our restored furniture, using our 40+ years’ experience in restoration this console table has been professionally restored by us to bring it back to a condition we’re proud to sell.
This particular console table has had its old finish carefully removed by hand before being professionally refinished with a Honey Briwax; bringing out the beautiful natural grain and character of the wood.
Notes
This console table is constructed as one complete piece and requires no assembly, so it will arrive ready to be placed straight into position in your home.
