About the Corner Unit
The main attraction of this corner unit is its large glazed display area. The wide glazed sides allow considerably more light into the cabinet and make ornaments, glassware, photographs or other favourite pieces much easier to see.
Inside are 2 glass shelves, each adjustable to 3 different positions, allowing you to alter the display space depending on the height of the items you want to showcase. The built-in mains-powered light further enhances the display, particularly during the evening.
Below the glazed section is a separate wooden cupboard, giving you useful enclosed storage for items you would rather keep out of sight.
Its substantial proportions make this a real feature piece while still making practical use of a corner. Comparable new solid wood display furniture of this size and construction can be very expensive today.

This particular corner unit only required selective areas of the old finish to be carefully removed. We then expertly blended and balanced the colour throughout, retaining as much of the original finish and character as possible while achieving a beautifully even appearance.
