About the Dining Set
The standout feature of this set is its impressive round tabletop, providing plenty of space for 6 people to dine comfortably. A round table also creates a particularly sociable arrangement, with everyone seated around the same central dining space.
The table is fixed rather than extending, keeping the construction straightforward and sturdy with no extension mechanisms or separate leaves to store.
It comes complete with 6 oak curved ladderback chairs, which have a more distinctive shape than a conventional straight ladderback. The newly upholstered charcoal grey patterned padded seats provide a comfortable contrast against the oak.
For anyone with the room for a larger round table, this is a fantastic alternative to the more commonly found rectangular dining sets. Quality new oak dining furniture of comparable size and construction can also be very expensive today.
Professionally Restored by Us
Like all of our restored furniture, using our 40+ years’ experience in restoration this table and chairs has been professionally restored by us to bring it back to a condition we’re proud to sell.
This particular set only required selective areas of the old finish to be carefully removed. We then expertly blended and balanced the colour throughout, retaining as much of the original finish and character as possible while achieving a beautifully even appearance.
The seat pads were also professionally reupholstered in a brand-new charcoal grey fabric, giving the chairs a fresh and attractive finish.
