The characteristic hand-distressing includes deliberately applied simulated woodworm, scratches, marks and dents, creating the appearance of naturally aged oak and giving every piece individual character.

Like all of our restored furniture, using our 40+ years’ experience in restoration this table and chairs has been professionally restored by us to bring it back to a condition we’re proud to sell.
This particular table, bench and chairs has had its old finish carefully removed by hand before being professionally refinished with a Dark Oak Briwax; bringing out the beautiful natural grain and character of the wood.
Notes
For delivery, the tabletop can be unscrewed from the leg frame if required. However, thanks to the table’s relatively slim proportions, it should fit into most homes fully assembled.
